* In order to benefit from the student registration fees, you will be required to send a copy of a valid student card to the conference secretariat, prior to the payment.
Important Notes:
- In-person registration fees include: presentation of up to 2 papers, conference proceedings (with ISBN number), welcome reception, coffee-breaks, lunches, gala dinner, field trip and excursion.
- Extra abstracts may be submitted at an additional fee of 100€ (both for physical and virtual presentation).
- The participants may choose between oral or poster presentation, however, the type of presentation will be finalized by the organizing committee.
- The fee for each accompanying person is 90€ for attending the conference via physical presence.
- If you register for a virtual participation, you may switch to in-person participation later, paying the difference between physical and virtual presence, within the condition of your first registration (early bird, late registration, etc.…)
- If you register for the physical presence participation you may switch to virtual participation, but the initial registration fees will apply (you will not get a refund).
- If you wish to switch from virtual to physical participation or conversely, please inform us via email at secretariat.susteng@tuc.gr
Cancellation conditions:
Any cancellation request must be sent by email at secretariat.susteng@tuc.gr.
The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation (€):
- 25% of registration fees / additional order for any request received by April 07, 2023 included.
- 50% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between May 14, 2023 included.
- 100% of registration fees / additional order for any request received after 15 May, 2023.
